Hello friends,

What a beautiful start to this beautiful month. Are you enjoying? I know it’s been cold, like strangely “have to wear a jacket” cold, but it’s my first June where I’m not racing 122 miles per hours since before I can remember, so even with the cool and gray and drizzle, I’m relishing pretty much every second and remembering what it feels like to experience a Wisconsin summer.

Even with a bit lower than average temperatures (which honestly, I don’t mind), when the sun does decide to come out, it feels amazing that we don’t have to pull a 16 hour day at the farm catching up. We can work our day and then be done and get outside to play.

So far June has brought a quick paddle, a hilariously chaotic picnic (who knew picnicking with a young dog…
